Authorised Kodak Alaris Service Provider

Digital Imaging Service (DIS) and Kodak Alaris have reached and signed a formal agreement that as from the 1st of May, DIS will be supporting and maintaining Kodak Alaris client service base for both their entire document scanner model range and also their microfilm/micrographic equipment models in the Republic of Ireland. 

This means that current local service contracts with Kodak Alaris will automatically be novated to DIS effective 1 October 2021, however starting from 1 May 2021, Kodak Alaris will direct customers to DIS for the renewal of their local service contracts and customers will receive further details from Kodak Alaris regarding how to place service requests, contract details, and other critical information.

DIS will be the only Kodak Alaris Authorised Service Provider in the Republic of Ireland and are fully certified by the Kodak Alaris Services team, which ensures that we will be continually updated and trained on all Kodak new solutions and service offering features.
