Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

Digital Imaging Services will make every effort to ensure you receive your order on-time and in accordance with your preferred delivery option. Should your item(s) be out of stock and we cannot fulfil your order within the time scales requested, we will contact you immediately to advise you of best estimated delivery date.

Orders received and processed by Digital Imaging Services before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). Orders received after 2pm, will be dispatched the following business day. If you have paid for your order by Cheque or Bank transfer, we normally dispatch orders the same day we receive notification that the funds have cleared.

Online Credit/Debit Card Payments

Payment will be debited from your Credit/Debit cards when your order is ready to be dispatched and payment is approved. Notification of order dispatch will be then emailed to you.

Delivery Charges

Some item will have free deliver, they will be clearly marked "Free Delivery".

All next day National(Ireland and Northern Ireland) deliveries, 10kg and under, cost €10 + vat 

All next day National(Ireland and Northern Ireland) deliveries, 10kg-25kg, cost €15 + vat 

All UK and Western European destinations, excluding deliveries, 10kg and under cost €15 + vat

All UK and Western European destinations, excluding deliveries, 10kg-25kg  cost €25 + vat

All delivery charges will be clearly itemised on checkout page before you complete your order.

Option to collect your order from our Dublin Office also available, no delivery charges apply.


In the vast majority of instances Digital Imaging Services couriers are able to meet your preferred delivery criteria. However, on the rare occasion where due to unforeseen circumstances we fail to meet the desired service level, please contact us, and we will provide you with an updated ETA. Please note, next business day deliveries are scheduled to be delivered up to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

International Deliveries

Digital Imaging Services is able offer a 3-5 day delivery service to all Western European destinations. For deliveries to other countries please contact us direct on +353 1 8612292 prior to placing your order to ensure we are able to deliver to your destination.

Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all goods and services ordered from Digital Imaging Services. via our online store.

Unwanted Goods

Digital Imaging Services will refund 100% of the costs of the goods less delivery and any credit card transaction charges provided the goods are returned within 14 days from the date of despatch. When the goods are received back they must be unused and still in their original packaging with all labels and seals in tact.

The cost of returning unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser. When returning goods, please ensure that they are delivered back to Digital Imaging Services. using a postal / courier service requiring a signature as proof of delivery. The purchaser should also consider insuring the goods against damage or loss in transit. The address for returning goods can be found on the Contact Us page of the website.

Damaged / Wrongly Despatched Goods.

In circumstances where goods are found to be faulty or the wrong goods have been despatched, Digital Imaging Services will replace or exchange the items. In circumstances where the error is due to the failings of Digital Imaging Services, we will arrange and pay all re-delivery and collection fees.

Digital Imaging Services should be notified immediately (not later than 14 calendar days afterreceipt of the items) of any goods which are found to be faulty or wrong. Please call us on +353 1 8612292 and we will endeavour rectify matters as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event that a replacement item is out of stock at the time we are notified of the error, the purchaser will be offered a full refund of the sums paid, to include any additional charges applied to the transaction such as delivery and credit card charges.

Refunds will be processed once the faulty/ wrong items have been returned to us and we are satisfied that the goods are faulty or the wrong items were despatched. We shall endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days from receipt of the goods. Refunds will be processed using the same credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.

To avoid delays in replacing goods, we shall process replacement items in the normal manner and refund against the original sale, this may result in another sale being processed against your account until the credit /refund is completed.
